A recent leak suggests that the classic PS1 game MediEvil from 1998 will be joining the PS Plus Premium lineup soon. This subscription tier offers the most comprehensive benefits, including access to retro games from various PlayStation platforms. TrueTrophies discovered the leak, noting that the trophy list for MediEvil matches that of the PS4 remake released in 2019. While the PS4 remake and a PSP version are already available on PS Plus Premium, nostalgic fans may be excited to see the original PS1 version included. MediEvil: Resurrection, a PSP reimagining of the original, is already part of PS Plus Premium, although it received mixed reviews. The PS1 version, being better-received, may attract more subscribers once it’s added. The exact release date for the PS1 version of MediEvil on PS Plus Premium is yet to be confirmed, but it’s expected to be part of an upcoming update, possibly as soon as April 16. Other leaks suggest that Star Wars: Rebel Assault 2 – The Hidden Empire may also join the lineup.
